Residents of the National Capital Region are being told to brace for a hot, wet summer.
The forecast calls for above-normal precipitation for Ottawa through June, July and August.
Environment Canada's Temperature Outlook calls for above-normal temperatures for Ottawa and the rest of Ontario over the next 30 days. The weather agency's three month seasonal forecast for May, June and July called for above seasonal temperatures for the Ottawa region.
