Double-lung transplant recipient Helene Campbell is on her way home to Barrhaven. The 21-year-old who became internationally famous for encouraging people to become organ donors tweeted this afternoon that she and her mother are homeward bound. Campbell and her mother have been living close to hospital in Toronto since the April 6 transplant, so doctors could monitor her recovery. Campbell will be appear at a "Welcome Home" event on Parliament Hill tomorrow, beginning at 11:30 a.m.
